I want to talk about an area that holds many memories for me personally. Even though it’s one of the most commercialized areas of Chandigarh and is famous for its educational institutions, it has amazing food to offer. Sector 34 Chandigarh was the area where I first came as a student and looked for the best institute in Chandigarh. Exploring it has been an experience of a lifetime for me. The area has hotels that people online search for and hold high ratings. Hotel Orbit Chandigarh sector 34 is one of those hotels. The sign of Hotel Toy Sector 34 Chandigarh used to catch my eye a lot too so, I collected information on it too, it is a 4-star hotel with amazing reviews online too.

Education Hub.

Sector 34 is known for its educational institutes. Not just me but a lot of people believe that it is Chandigarh’s hub for unconventional education[ referring to certificate and professional courses]. This place offers courses, trainings and preparatory trainings for students of every age. If you are a student of classes 9-12 aspiring to crack exams like JEE and NEET there are institutes like Allen Chandigarh sector 34 to guide you. Living in the area

From personal experience, I can say that it’s not very hard to survive as a student in the area. If you ever come around the area you’ll find a ton of students here and there. These students live in rented rooms and PGs. Some of them offer food some don’t. Accommodation is at times linked with institutes. You’ll find places to live quite easily here, it might or might not be as per your liking though. Every landlord has their own prices when it comes to renting which at times are fairly reasonable and sometimes aren’t. The PGs that don’t provide food usually have ties with tiffin services. Living in the area isn’t a problem but can be a little expensive.

Market: famous food spots: sector 34 Chandigarh

Firstly Let’s discuss the market of the area. It provides all the necessary facilities and has some places offering delicious food. Since the area is student-oriented the food is also pocket friendly. To all those foodies out there, you’ll find the best ‘chaat’ here. Being a huge foodie myself I loved trying new food spots and I’m sure you’ll enjoy the food here too. Wah Ji Wah sector 34 Chandigarh specializes in North Indian cuisine and the flavour of their food is amazing. The Chinese at Chaplin Fast Food Sector 34 Chandigarh is mouth-watering too. Coming to the best chaat I talked about earlier, you’ll find it at Krishna chaat.

Cultural Fairs.

As I stayed here I got to know about the cultural fairs that happen here. I found them to be grand and festive. During evenings people crowd the place and adjoined with all the lighting, these fairs appear beautiful. These fairs are a beautiful addition to the area. People from the entire town come here to enjoy these fairs. These fairs have some rides and stalls that attract the crowds.

The Personal Favourites.

I didn’t live here for long whatever time I had was amazing. I’m an avid reader and living in an area famous for its educational institutes meant having easy access to book stores. It was a cherry on the cake for me. The area I felt is also very secular and people-friendly. It has parks, a Gurdwara and a Hindu temple. I can’t praise the food enough. I still visit the area often and find it endearing and nostalgic. It feels like a trip down memory lane. I relive my memories through these visits. It becomes a way of staying connected to my old self for me and I see how I’ve grown as a person and I feel grateful for everything I’ve had, the experiences, the friendships everything.
