We are looking for a cloud network engineer having good familiarity with the AWS platform. The person will be responsible for performing various functions, which include providing operational input and support for the operations, maintenance, and refinement of our Enterprise Cloud environment, and fostering continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, high-security network infrastructure in the cloud.
Troubleshooting of network infrastructure and other services on AWS Cloud. Understanding and Implementing the AWS security principles. Responsible for solving network connectivity issues, adding/modifying NAT entries and firewall rules to enable connectivity across the cloud Implementation of security and data protection. Provide network configuration support and document requirements. Work to ensure that data flow diagrams are accurately completed to provide exact network connectivity.

Responsible for the upgrade, installation, and configuration of a monitoring solution for AWS, Windows, and Linux servers.
Provide a report on current infrastructure status and plan for future usage. Utilize approved tools to verify and take required action on events aggregated from network monitoring tools and Web Application Firewall. Responsible for troubleshooting to ascertain the root cause of issues. Perform network system updates, patches, and configuration changes. Map network layouts and configure systems to user environments. Essential Technical Skills Solid understanding of TCP/IP and various Internet routing protocols such as BGP, ISIS, OSPF. Experience with AWS Cloud environments. AWS: EC2, S3, EMR, DynamoDB, Lambda, Beanstalk, KMS, ELB, Route53, CloudWatch, SES, SNS, SQS, etc. Working knowledge of Linux Administration such as creation, modification & troubleshooting of DNS Server, DHCP Server, etc. Working knowledge of Dockers & containers. Strong scripting skills (e.g. Python, Bash, etc.) Familiarity with defensive technologies such as firewalls, IPS/IDS
systems, SIEM, EDR, and data encryption. Knowledge of implementation of VPN. Preference to be given for Experience in AWS Cloud Environments Know-how working with network operating systems such as Cisco IOS and Junos, and capability to work in a Linux/Unix environment Ability to write technical documentation, especially in relation to
Cloud architecture.
Hands-on experience implementing, migrating, managing, operating systems/applications in an enterprise cloud computing environment. Experience & Qualifications Candidates having B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE with a minimum of 2
years of industry experience can apply. Candidates should have demonstrated experience with a minimum of 1.5 years with Amazon Web Services Cloud-primarily and Linux administration. Experience with other cloud platforms (such as GCP, Azure, Digital Ocean) will be an added advantage. Should be at least trained in AWS Cloud, Linux, and Networking. However, preference will be definitely given to Global Certification (AWS Solutions Architect, CCNP, CCNA, MCSA, RHCE, and RHCSA)
